Clinics, dental offices and medical suites often need to show when cleaning was done, and the cleaner usually works after the last patient leaves. When an office manager asks whether exam rooms were done last night, "yes" isn't enough.

How a visit works in TeamProof

1. Each site is a property with its own pin.
2. Visits are scheduled; several a day at one site is fine.
3. The worker checks in with phone and PIN; location is checked against the pin.
4. Before photos.
5. Checklist: exam rooms, waiting area, washrooms, high-touch surfaces, garbage, floors.
6. After photos.
7. Check out, location checked again.

Why it matters here

A visit record with times, GPS and photos gives the clinic a dated log of cleaning it can open through a private link. TeamProof is not a compliance or infection-control system; it records that the visit happened and what was photographed.

Honest limits

• GPS is checked at check-in and check-out only. TeamProof does not track workers during the shift.
• Phone GPS has normal accuracy limits, especially inside large buildings. Pin the entrance you want crews to use.
• Photos prove what was photographed, so the checklist should say what to shoot.
