Clients want proof the patrol happened
Mobile patrol and site security clients pay for visits they never see. Traditional guard tour systems need tags or checkpoints installed at every site and often charge per guard.
TeamProof uses the guard's phone instead: GPS check-in and check-out at the site pin, photos of what they found, and a checklist. If a scheduled patrol isn't checked in within an hour, you're alerted.
How it works
- Pin the patrol site. Add each location with its map pin and set the visit schedule.
- Guards check in by GPS. On arrival they tap check-in on their phone. TeamProof records the time and GPS location against the pin.
- Before and after photos plus a checklist. Photos and checklist items are saved with that visit.
- Check out. Check-out is recorded with time and GPS, so you see when the visit started and ended.
- Missed alert. If nobody checks in within an hour of the scheduled start, the visit is tagged Missed and you get an email so you can fix it the same day.

No. TeamProof uses GPS check-in at the site pin from the guard's phone.
Is TeamProof a full guard tour system with incident reports?
TeamProof focuses on proof of each visit: GPS times, photos, checklists and Missed alerts. It doesn't replace a dedicated incident-reporting platform.
Does TeamProof track workers all day?
No. Location is checked at check-in and check-out only, against the site pin.
Do workers need to download an app?
No. TeamProof runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Workers sign in with their phone number and a PIN.
What languages does it support?
English, Punjabi and Hindi.
How much does it cost?
CA$49/month plus tax. One plan with everything included, and a 30-day free trial with no card needed.
