How it works

1. Pin the site. Add each building with its location pin and schedule the visits.
2. The crew checks in at the pin. When the cleaner arrives they tap check-in on their phone. TeamProof records the time and GPS location against the site pin.
3. Before and after photos. The crew takes photos at the start and end of the visit, and they are saved with that visit.
4. Check out. Check-out is recorded with GPS too, so you can see when the crew arrived and when they left.
5. Missed alert. If nobody checks in within an hour of the scheduled start, the visit is tagged Missed and you get an email. You can sort it out that night instead of hearing about it next week.

Proof you can show your client

Every client gets a private link that shows their visits with times, GPS check-ins and photos. Worker names, phone numbers and pay never appear on it. When a property manager asks whether the lobby got cleaned on Tuesday, you send the link instead of arguing.

Works for subcontractors, too
