Janitorial & property-service proof software built in Metro Vancouver, BC
Born inside a working Lower Mainland commercial cleaning company. Give strata councils and property managers across Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Victoria and Kelowna undeniable GPS and photo proof for every visit.
CA$49/month plus tax · Unlimited workers · English, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ & हिन्दी · Built by Pk Technologies Inc.
Running a commercial cleaning, snow removal or security patrol company across Metro Vancouver and British Columbia comes with unique operational challenges. Your crews cover late-night routes from downtown Vancouver office towers and Burnaby business parks to Surrey medical clinics, Richmond warehouses and golf clubs — often across bridges and in heavy rain or winter snow.
TeamProof wasn't designed in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It was built right here in Metro Vancouver by the founders of Sweepy Maids to solve the daily reality of managing nightly commercial crews and subcontractors across the Lower Mainland.
Built for BC commercial contractors
- Win and retain BC property management & strata accounts: Send property managers at Colliers, Warrington PCI, Rancho, FirstService or local strata councils a private proof link with GPS check-in times and 30–50 timestamped photos per visit.
- Verify subcontractors across the Lower Mainland & Island: Subbing out a building in Langley, Abbotsford, Victoria or Kelowna? Use TeamProof's subcontractor portal so subs see only their assigned visits and rate while you get live GPS and photo proof.
- English, Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ) and Hindi (हिन्दी) built in: Built for the real workforce in Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby and Abbotsford. Workers log in with a simple PIN and see their checklist in their preferred language (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪੇਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਦੇਖੋ).
- 1-Hour Missed alerts + 1-tap Call / Text / Nudge: Know by 10:00 PM if a 9:00 PM clean in Burnaby hasn't started — and tap Nudge right on the alert so the cleaner can tap a 1-click reply ("On my way" or "Already done, forgot to check out").
- Flat CA$49/month pricing in Canadian dollars: Unlimited workers, unlimited buildings, and no USD exchange-rate surprises.
