Timestamped proof for every lot you clear
Protect your snow contracts with GPS check-in/out at the site pin, timestamped before and after photos, subcontractor verification and private client links.
CA$49/month plus tax · Unlimited workers · 30-day free trial · Canada only
In commercial snow removal, clearing the lot at 3 AM is only half the job — you also need proof you were there. When a property manager questions an invoice or a slip-and-fall claim lands on your desk months later, "my driver said he salted it" isn't enough.
TeamProof records timestamped GPS check-ins and before/after photos for every lot and walkway your crews or subcontractors clear. Explore all features or view our flat CAD pricing.
Built for winter lots and overnight routes
- Before and after photos with GPS and time. Plow operators and sidewalk crews check in against the property's site pin, snap before and after photos of the cleared lot, and check out with GPS when finished.
- Subcontractor visits on storm nights. When a big storm hits and subs cover part of your route, pass those visits to subcontractors in TeamProof. You get the same GPS and photo proof, while subs see only their assigned visits and their price.
- Missed alert 1 hour after scheduled start. If nobody checks in within an hour of a scheduled visit, it's tagged Missed and you get an email alert so no property gets overlooked overnight.
- Private client link for property managers. Share a private link for each site showing visit times, GPS check-ins and cleared-lot photos — with operator and subcontractor names, phones and pay hidden.
- Pay per visit, hour or month. Set pay per schedule for your own operators and subcontractors.
Fast in the cab, no app store needed
TeamProof is a web app with big, simple buttons built for quick check-ins on site. Crews open it in their phone browser and can add it to their home screen — no app store download required, and workers can use it in English, Punjabi or Hindi.
One flat price all winter
Most software charges per user, which hurts when you add dozens of seasonal drivers and shovelers for November through March. TeamProof is CA$49/month plus tax with unlimited workers and starts with a 30-day free trial. Available in Canada only.
