How it works
- Pin the site. Add each location with its map pin and set the visit schedule.
- Cleaners check in by GPS. On arrival they tap check-in on their phone. TeamProof records the time and GPS location against the pin.
- Before and after photos plus a checklist. Photos and checklist items are saved with that visit.
- Check out. Check-out is recorded with time and GPS, so you see when the visit started and ended.
- Missed alert. If nobody checks in within an hour of the scheduled start, the visit is tagged Missed and you get an email so you can fix it the same day.

Can I schedule several visits a day at one site?
Yes. Add a second time to a schedule, or more schedules to a property. Each visit gets its own check-in and photos.

Do workers need to download an app?
