- GPS check-in and check-out at the site pin. Pin each client property on the map and set the patrol schedule. Guards check in and check out on their phone against the site pin.
- Photos on every patrol visit. Guards snap before and after photos during the visit so visual proof is saved directly to that stop.
- Missed alert 1 hour after scheduled start. If nobody checks in within an hour of the scheduled start time, the visit is tagged Missed and you get an email so you can dispatch backup that same night.
- Private client link per property. Give each property manager a private link showing their site's visit times, GPS verification and photos — while keeping guard names, phone numbers and pay private.

Do we need to install NFC tags or beacons at client sites?
No. Each property is verified using its GPS site pin and visit photos on the guard's phone — there is no hardware to install or maintain on the building.
Can we schedule multiple patrol visits per night at the same property?
Yes. You can add multiple visit times to a schedule, and each visit records its own GPS check-in, before/after photos, check-out and Missed alert.
Does TeamProof track guards continuously between sites?
