Neither tool is built around a simple question your client asks on recurring work: was someone there, at that site, when they said, and did they finish? That needs GPS at check-in and check-out against a site pin, photos tied to that visit, and an alert when nobody shows up.

• GPS is checked at check-in and check-out only. TeamProof does not track workers during the shift.
• Phone GPS has normal accuracy limits, especially inside large buildings. Pin the entrance you want crews to use.
• Photos prove what was photographed, so the checklist should say what to shoot.
