Before and after photos tied to a check-in at the site give the cleaning contractor a dated record of the condition they left the unit in, to share with the general contractor.

• Phone GPS has normal accuracy limits, especially inside large buildings. Pin the entrance you want crews to use.
• Photos prove what was photographed, so the checklist should say what to shoot.
